Job Title: Senior Executive – Marketing & Sales
Job Responsibilities:
◈ Promote & sell advertisement space for Magazine (print & digital)
◈ Develop & maintain strong relationships with partners (Advertisers & Corporate Clients)
◈ Identify new business opportunities
◈ Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
◈ Conduct client meetings, client pitch & follow-ups
◈ Coordinate with the editorial & design teams
◈ Prepare sales reports, client databases, & market analysis
◈ Participate in industry events, expos, & business meetings
◈ Support branding & promotional activities
Requirements:
◈ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
◈ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing (media, magazine, or B2B sales preferred)
◈ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
◈ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
◈ Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
Salary & Benefits:
◈ Monthly Salary: BDT 40,000 (Negotiable)

Job Nature: Full-Time
Office Hours: 10 am to 6 pm
Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
