Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketer (Social Media Specialist) with expertise in social media strategy and execution. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for the development and implementation of social media campaigns that align with business goals and increase brand awareness and engagement. The Digital Marketer will also work in collaboration with other marketing team members to develop content, track and analyze data, and monitor industry trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat)
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite Insights)
• Experience with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Sprinklr, Hubspot, Marketo)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with graphic design and/or video editing is a plus
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics is a plus
Additional Requirements:
• Post scheduling for every Content.
• Analyze and research social media metrics to make a strategic decision.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Providing a weekly report.
· A personal Laptop is most preferable
